Soul R&R

What is SOUL R & R you ask? It is the title of our first tape we did this year. Many of my friends and clients wanted tapes of my voice to soothe them. It's been so well received. We did this recording as a healing with imagery that moves one through the rainbow on one side, and a meditation that acts like a mini soul retrieval on the other side. The Rs are for retrieval, renewal, relaxation, rebrith rejuvenation and realization.

As we enter this new year 1999, we thought what fun it might be to open some dialogue for sharing thoughts.
